Our Supported Currency Pegs
Fast Settlement Times
Our transfers settle within seconds when transfering to another JuaPay account holder and within minutes to supported mobile money wallets and bank account deposits.
We use web3 technology in the background to speed up the processes. We innovated our in-house method which uses a new mathematical discovery to achieve fast speed confirmations.
~50% Lower Fees
Our aim isn't only to reduce fees overall, but particularly for small transactions such as $5 as we know immigrants in tough times send cash in bits and shouldn't have their lives made tougher. This is possible because we innovated a way to transact funds using web3 technology and therefore save on many operational costs and pass the savings onto you. When you transact you are directly interacting with an automated smart-contract and not an organisation.
Get Set-up in Minutes
Get up and running in minutes as soon as we confirm your personal details. Topping up a currency is easy and so is sending the topped up value. Or if you are unsure of web3, request some test currency to send to friends and family and see how easy it can be.
Welcome to the exciting world of web3, made easy for you. No third party middlemen to charge you extra fees, just you and the recipient.
FAQs
JuaPay makes use of blockchain technology to conduct transfers, which means we save on several costs as you are dealing with automated software to conduct most of your transfers. We therefore pass on those savings to you by lowering our fees much lower than our competitors.
Our methods allow you to send anything as little as $5 for immediate withdrawals and anything smaller if the recipient does not intend to withdraw immediately and may be accumulating funds until the minimal withdrawal threshold of $5 is reached.
JuaPay itself only charges fees upon withdrawals. Depositing funds do not incur any charges. The blockchain itself, as any other blockchain, charges a very small amount typically less than $0.50 to transact.
We have designed JuaPay with ease-of-use in mind so that the web3 mechanisms are kept to a minimal, therefore a first timer would have a similar interface and experience as using any other transfers App. If you intend to use JuaPay to make extra income and not just send and receive, then you might need to have some basic prior knowledge of web3.
No. You do not use cryptocurrency or stablecoins to send funds, we let other people use their cryptocurrency to generate contracts which you then use to send. The contracts guarantee you a stable value as you transact.
Yes. Whether you're entrepreneurial at heart or an institution, visit the Business Solutions section for information on how to become a staker or an agent.
JuaPay is a combination of two words 'Juana' and 'Payment'. Juana is the native token on the main blockchain that JuaPay runs on known as Kujua. The makers of Kujua is the same team behind JuaPay and strategically designed the blockchain to handle the future scheduled services that will later be added to JuaPay. Other blockchains do not have those specific features needed for us to offer the future services. This means integration with other blockchains will be limited to what they can handle on a needs basis.
